Smart Age STL is located on Baxter Road in Chesterfield, in the heart of St. Louis’s West County — within a few minutes of both Highway 40/I-64 and Highway 141.
- From Highway 40/I-64: head toward the Chesterfield exits and make your way to Baxter Road, following it to 16216 Baxter Road, Suite 305.
- From Highway 141: head east into Chesterfield toward Baxter Road, then follow it to our building at 16216 Baxter Road, Suite 305.
Because a few nearby streets have similar names, we recommend using the map below or typing “16216 Baxter Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63017” into your phone’s GPS for precise, turn-by-turn directions.
Parking: Free parking is available at the building.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
- Arrive & check in. Give yourself a few extra minutes to check in at the front desk and get settled.
- Paperwork. If you haven’t already completed your new patient forms, our team will help you finish them when you arrive.
- Labs. Many first visits include a lab draw so we have current numbers to work from.
- Consultation. You’ll sit down with our team to talk through your history, your goals, and what a plan built around you could look like.
